QHSE Management

Kerogen Logistics Limited’s QHSE management system defines the principles by which we conduct our operations with regard to the quality of our services; the health and safety of personnel, clients, contractors and communities where we work and protection of the environment.

The primary objective of QHSE is to identify and mitigate risk to as low as reasonably possible in order to prevent injuries, losses and damage to the environment.

All personnel are responsible for contributing to a healthy working environment, by performing their duties in a safe manner. They do what is necessary to prevent injuries, and damage to assets and the environment.

All employees are empowered to stop any unsafe act in any place at any time.

Quality Assurance Policy

Kerogen Logistics Limited is committed to providing quality products that meet and exceed our customers’ expectation. Quality and continuous improvement to working processes are embedded in our daily operations.

Employee’s suggestion Scheme is a tool widely used to enhance working activities and practices. Moreover, Improvement Teams are set to assess current methodologies and suggest improvement.

In our continuous effort to enhance our service level, we have developed:

  • Quality Service Standard: Comprehensive set of service standards that will be our internal standards in service delivery to our customers.
  • Complaint Handling: All complaints received from the clients will be responded within 48 hours. For cases where a longer resolution time is required, our customers get regularly updated on the progress of resolution.
  • Account Relation Management: Our business structure is geared towards achieving customer service and agent satisfaction.
